PRE-SURVEY DISCOVERY MEETING

A member of our team will meet with you to discuss the exact details of the survey, covering areas such as access and HSE requirements, existing data, legacy issues and expected outcomes. Any additional paperwork requirements like DBS or drone authorisation will be issued.

PHYSICAL SURVEY, DRONE SURVEY & DIGITAL ASSET CREATION

Once RAMS are issued the survey is conducted. This will include traditional methodology like core sampling, moisture content analysis and photographs as well as drone data collection. 3D digital twins can then be created.

REPORT CONSULTATION & ANALYSIS

Presentation of data findings to include condition report, 3D digital twin with defects highlighted and analysis using AI, project insights and conclusions. From this a detailed specification will be created ensuring the new design meets all current Building Regulation and NFRC Safe 2 Torch requirements and British Standards.

PROJECT TENDER SUPPORT

Selecting the right roofing contractors to tender for a project is crucial. We only approve the best in the UK market and will suggest contractors that are suitable for each project based on the project-specific requirements.

ROOFING PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Once the project goes live our technical team will work in collaboration with the successful contractor to ensure the project is installed as per the specification. Regular on-site monitoring and reporting is conducted to ensure all key stakeholders are kept up to date with progress.

PROJECT COMPLETION AND GUARANTEE

Once the project is complete we will attend the site and sign off the project, issuing the complete guarantee to the contractor.
